We stand behind every product we sell. If something goes wrong, contact us and we'll sort it out — you deal with APEX, not the supplier.
What's Covered
Every product sold by APEX comes with the manufacturer's warranty. For defects — build quality issues, sensor failures, switch failures, cable faults — contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund. Physical damage, water damage, and damage from misuse are not covered.
How to Reach Us
WhatsApp is the fastest. Message us at +972 XX-XXX-XXXX (owner will fill in) or email support@apex.co.il. We reply within one business day. For warranty claims, include your order number and a photo or short video showing the issue.
Return Process
- 01Contact us within 14 days of delivery to start a return.
- 02We'll confirm eligibility and send you return instructions.
- 03Pack the item in its original packaging and ship it back.
- 04Once we receive it, we process the refund within 3–5 business days.
A Note on Shipping
We source directly from verified international suppliers to bring you gear that isn't available in Israeli retail. Delivery to Israel typically takes 14–25 business days (3–5 weeks). You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If your package is delayed or lost, contact us and we'll follow up with the supplier.
